Shipping policy

Order Processing & Handling
Most orders are processed and enter production within 12 hours of purchase. Because production begins quickly, please verify all order details — sizes, designs, and quantities — at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery for domestic orders is 3-5 business days after the handling period, on top of our 1-3 business day production turnaround.

Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Carrier
We ship primarily via UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon arrival. Any damage caused during shipping must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery.
